Your product order will be processed within 1-2 business days of when the completed order is received and payment is processed, unless you are notified otherwise at the time the order is placed. If there is going to be a delay, you will be notified. Receipt of product by the purchaser will normally be within 5-7 days. No shipping charge will be included for orders >$100. A flat fee of $8 will be charged for shipping of orders up to $100, anywhere in North America. Outside of North America, fees will be greater. Preorders or items that are on “Backorder” will ship at a future date and you will be notified of the anticipated delivery dates.
Please ensure that you provide a complete and correct delivery address. If a package is returned to us because you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you and the package will be re-shipped, but will require an additional shipping fee.
Local pick-up is available. You will receive an email when your order has been processed and is ready for pick-up. It will be available for pick-up at 948 Duncannon Dr., Pickering, ON, L1X 2P3 between 9 am and 7 pm, Monday through Saturday. However, the approximate time of pick-up needs to be confirmed, in advance by text or email.
We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser and are separate from the shipping cost.
We use UPS and other delivery services, some of which will return a package if they are unable to deliver it. We will contact you, if that happens. We include tracking numbers with all of our shipments. If you don’t receive your package after 2-weeks (North America) or 30 days (International), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will follow-up with you.
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel a pending order, you can do so, provided that the order has not yet shipped (usually 1-2 days). If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. To cancel an order please email email@example.com.
