Birch + Balm products are made with precision, using natural ingredients, under a high level of quality control. However, in the event that you are dissatisfied with a product that you have purchased, we want you to tell us about it. Please fill out the 1-page CUSTOMER COMPLAINT FORM and return it electronically, or by mail, as directed on the form. We commit to getting back to you and will attempt to address your concern.
Refund and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To start, please fill out the CUSTOMER COMPLAINT FORM, on-line, or send a scanned copy to email@example.com, or send a hard copy to the address specified on the Form. The form allows you to briefly explain your concern, or why you are not satisfied. After review, we will reply and may refund your payment or send you a new item.
If there appears to be a manufacturing problem with the product, we may ask that you return it and, if we do, will provide a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
